Kobe Bryant could find out whether he will stand trial for sexual assault as early as today.

"Eagle County Judge Frederick Gannett is expected to release his written decision as early as Monday, and most analysts believe he will send the case to district court."

If the Judge rules that the case go to trial, Bryant is expected to plead not guilty.

The Trial would then be set within six months of the plea unless Bryant waives his right to a speedy-trial.
