A decision by University of Louisville signee Sebastian Telfair regarding a possible jump to the National Basketball Association is expected to come Wednesday in a news conference scheduled by the New York point guard and his family.

Telfair has been working out recenly with his brother Jamel Thomas who plays professional basketball in Greece.
