Denver re-started its sign and trade talks with Kenyon Martin last night, this coming off of rumors that the deal was off.

Denver must stay under the salary cap, and plans to offer Martin a 6-year deal worth $82.3-million.

"You guys will find out soon. Something is going to happen soon," said Martin, who called the free agent process "stressful. You'd have thought it would be easy. That wasn't the case."

The loss of Martin would give the cost-conscious Nets money to pursue other free agents, although there's not much quality left on the market now.
