There are two leftovers from previous regimes, Kurt Thomas and Shandon Anderson that Isiah Thomas would like to move.

He has many more options regarding Thomas than Anderson.  Thomas is still a starting forward caliber player and he also has a favorable contract.

Anderson, on the other hand, has three years and $24 million left on his contract, a hefty price for a back-up guard.

One deal that Isiah was working on involved an exchange for Wally Szczerbiak.  Minnesota decided against that deal, which also would have involved Moochie Norris.

It is likely that Isiah will continue to work out trade scenarios involving these two players until it finally gets completed or the February trade deadline swiftly arrives.
