With Kirilenko sidelined the Jazz have been struggling to find their way this season.  While the losses continue to tally up the Jazz weaknesses are beginning to show through.  With the Friday loss to Chicago, Jazz coach Jerry Sloan only had a few simple words, "I'm not really sure our defense is that good.

Sloan was fairly open about whom is to blame in this, his two big mean and highest paid players, Mehmet Okur and Carlos Boozer.

"If he (Boozer) is going to get to be a better player in this league, he's got to step up to those challenges, and accept them, to be able to hold his own," he said. "That's how he's got to grow.

"I think he's better than what he was maybe a month-and-a-half ago in those situations, but he's got to accept those challenges and say, 'Hey, you're not going to score on me,' " Sloan added. "Because he's got the body, and quickness. He shows quickness with his offense ? and it has to be there defensively."

The story with Okur is no different who has been soft defensively for the Jazz this season as well.

"He (Okur) has got to commit himself more to defense when he gets out on the floor right away," Sloan said, "because they're coming right at him.

"I can't do anything about that," the Jazz coach added, "but he can."
