While Kobe Bryant and Tracy McGrady were named the starters at guard for the Western Conference, the Arizona Republic is reporting that Suns guard Steve Nash still may get a starring role in Denver.

Bryant's lingering ankle injury puts his availability for the Feb. 20 game in question, and Nash likely would be the first choice to replace him.

"I haven't thought about it, to be honest," Nash said. "Just being in the All-Star Game is a huge honor. Starting would be even better. Just being there is plenty."
