Today the Western Conference All-Stars were announced and there were no Kings on the roster for the first time since 1989.

It came as a bit as a surprise to many members of the organization, who believed the Mike Bibby, Brad Miller and Chris Webber were all candidates for the contest.

"Seven years in and I haven't made it," Bibby said. "There's nothing I can do. You can't get mad about something you don't expect to happen, and I didn't expect it to happen."

"I was surprised, said Rick Adelman. "I really thought we'd have one player. That's the way it is. You only have seven spots."
