Stephen A. Smith is reporting that Allen Iverson's agent, Leon Rose, has recently spoken to Billy King, the Sixers GM, and asked him to put a respectable team on the floor, or trade Iverson.

Apparently, Iverson is fed up with rebuilding and wants to be on a team that has a legitimate chance of winning a championship in the near future.

He's also upset with the fact that Chris Ford still has a prominent role in the organization(pro-personnel scout). Ford was the head coach during the last half of the 03/04 season and had many run-ins with Iverson during his tenure. They don't get along to this day.

A.I. is having one of his best seasons averaging 29.7ppg, 7.7 apg, and 4.1 rpg. He was signed to a 4-year/76 million dollar contract extension that will kick in next year.
