The highly anticipated match-up between Phoenix and Seattle, two of the best teams in the league did not disappoint.

In a game where it seemed the visiting Suns could not miss a perimeter shot, going 10 for 17 from behind the arc, the Sonics could not buy one, shooting a paltry 3-27 from the three-point line. We were even treated to a rare Nate McMillan ejection in the fourth quarter which altered the Sonics? lethargic play and helped them get back into the game.

In essence, the Suns were extremely hot and the Sonics were very cold. It was fast-paced, highly competitive, and although the Suns won 110-99, the SuperSonics were in position to take this game from the Suns until the final minute.
