The Phoenix Suns are at the top of RealGM's Team Rankings list, with the San Antonio Spurs trailing close behind.  With these two teams facing each other on Wednesday, there might be a switch at the top next week.

Rounding out the top-5 are the Heat, Sonics and Mavericks.

After a difficult west coast roadtrip, the Pistons came in at the sixth spot.  The Rockets, Grizzlies, Kings and Wizards finished off the top-10.

The bottom-5 teams were familiar faces in the Raptors, Jazz, Bobcats, Hornets and Hawks.
