The Miami HEAT announced today that they have activated Dorell Wright from the injured list and placed Shaquille O?Neal on the injured list with a right quad contusion.

O?Neal has appeared in 73 games for the HEAT this season, averaging 22.9 points, 10.4 rebounds, 2.7 assists  and 2.34 blocks in 34.1 minutes per game. His .601 field goal percentage ranks first in the NBA, breaking the HEAT?s single-season record of .574 set by Matt Geiger during the 1993-94 season. His 22.9 points per game scoring average ranks him 12th in the NBA.

Wright, drafted by the HEAT with the 19th pick in the 2004 NBA Draft, has appeared in one game for the HEAT so far this season. He was placed on the injured list on February 11 with bilateral patella tendinitis.
