The New York Knicks have finally sealed the deal sending Kurt Thomas and Dijon Thompson to the Phoenix Suns.  In place of Thomas they will receive Quentin Richardson and rookie Nate Robinson, the 21st pick out of the University of Washington.

Richardson has been brought in to add much needed ?toughness? to the Knicks line-up according to Knicks general manger Isiah Thomas.

"That was a part you had to play if you wanted to fit in," Richardson said. "If anything, it showed my willingness to accept a role and be a team player, because I have a lot more in my game to offer than just turning out and shooting 3s."
