The Bucks are expected to sign former Michigan State guard Charlie Bell, who played in Spain last year, when the mortatorium is lifted on July 22.

"Nothing is finalized yet, but the plan is for Charlie to join the Bucks,'' said Mark Bartelstein, Bell's agent. "We are working toward an agreement.''

The deal is believed to be for two years.

Even with Bell's signing, Antonio Daniels is rumored to be interested in signing with the Bucks because of his close relationship with guard Michael Redd.

Finally, new head coach Terry Stotts is expected to fill two spots on his coaching staff and one of them is believed to be filled by  Atlanta Hawks pro personal director Mike McNeive.
