Keyon Dooling would love to come back to the Miami Heat next season but with six or seven teams interested, he might not be able to wait for the Heat to make an offer.

''If an offer comes along that me and my family think is good, we're going to have to take it,'' Dooling said before Alonzo Mourning's Zo's Summer Groove charity game Saturday at AmericanAirlines Arena.

Is there a realistic hope he will play for the Heat next season? ''I'm not sure,'' Dooling said. ``There's a deep hope for me.''

Dooling has visited the Orlando Magic and has met with Nets coach Lawerence Frank.

The Heat want to get an contract extension worked out with Shaquille O'Neal before they do anything else as his contract could have a big effect on Miami's offseason moves because owner Micky Arison does not want to pay the luxury tax.
