Bucks restricted free agent bigman Zaza Pachulia wants to get playing time from the team that he signs a new deal with.

Unfortunately, if he re-signs with Milwaukee or they match an offer he gets from another team, Pachulia is very concerned he will not get playtime time behind forward Joe Smith and centers Andrew Bogut and Dan Gadzuric.

"There's no question playing time is a big concern for Zaza and I have expressed that to Larry Harris,'' said Fleisher, referring to the Bucks general manager. "He wants to keep progressing in his career. He doesn't want to take a step back.''

"Zaza loved being in Milwaukee,'' Fleisher said. "He liked the people on the team and in the organization. But he also wants to keep progressing as a player.'''

Fleisher told Gery Woelfel that the Bucks and a team which he would not reveal have offered Pachulia a contract.
