Philadelphia guard Willie Green's surgically repaired left knee is healing nicely. That's good news for the 76ers, who could use the help off the bench. Green told reporters that the doctor who performed his surgery said he could be back by the All-Star break.

"You've still got to hold yourself back a little bit," Green, who sustained the injury before he could sign the five-year, $17 million deal he agreed to, told the Philadelphia Inquirer. "I just want to try to play the last little bit of the season. Right now, I'm progressing well. The rehab is coming along well."
