Isiah Thomas spoke with Larry Brown and his agent Joe Glass for the first time in two weeks on Friday, the New York Post reports.

Thomas indicates that the decision to buy out Brown will be entirely James Dolan's.

The Post indicates that some believe Dolan and the Knicks are waiting to go public until Tuesday, the day of the lottery, in order to upstage the event, which will lead to the Bulls learning the slot of an unprotected pick that they received in the Eddy Curry trade.
