Larry Brown informed the media yesterday that he will conform to the Knicks' request to not grant interviews unless accompanied by a public relations official, the New York Daily News is reporting.

In recent weeks, Brown had held impromptu press briefings on the side of the road, one block from the MSG training facility in Greenburgh. It was during his first roadside interview that Brown called himself a "dead man walking."

The Knicks have not commented publicly since reports surfaced last month that Garden chairman James Dolan plans to fire Brown and replace him with team president Isiah Thomas.
