Philadelphia 76ers President Billy King announced today that the team has signed free agent forward/center Alan Henderson to a contract. King also announced that the team has signed rookie free agent forward Ivan McFarlin. Per team policy, terms of the deals were not disclosed.

?Both of these guys will add depth to our front court," said King.  "Alan will provide us with additional experience and leadership on our bench, while Ivan earned a spot on this team with his hard work and rebounding this summer.?

?I'm really excited about joining the Philadelphia 76ers," said Henderson. "I'm looking forward to the opportunity to work with the coaching staff and the team in order to help the organization achieve our goals.?

Undrafted by an NBA franchise, McFarlin played professionally in France last season. In 34 games for JSF Nanterre, he averaged 16.4 points, 9.9 rebounds and 1.50 steals per game while shooting 59.5 percent from the field.
