Amtoine Wright struggled in his rookie season on a Nets' team that is very solid on the wings.

"You have to let those things fall where they may and just keep working, because you never know what might happen," Wright said after practice Saturday. "The only thing I can control is how hard I play, and doing things right. The rest will happen for me. The coaches see the effort I'm giving, and I truly believe everything else -- the security part of it -- will fall in place."

The Nets have until Oct. 31 to pick up the third-year option ($1.68 million) on Wright's rookie contract, and nothing is guaranteed.
