Nets rookie guard Hassan Adams was acquitted Wednesday of drunken driving.

Adams, who starred at Arizona and was a second-round draft pick of the Nets, was arrested March 5 and cited with speeding, DUI and DUI with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 or greater.

A Tucson City Court jury deliberated five hours before deciding that Adams could not be convicted of either DUI charge, citing doubt over his breathalyzer results.
