Vladimir Radmanovic returned to the scene of his first four-and-a-half NBA seasons and, after adjusting to a chorus of boos, unfurled his most assertive game with the Lakers.

"I'm just trying to melt into the system," Radmanovic said. "I thought it was going to be easier, but coach is really precise with what we're running, which I understand."

"I just wanted to go somewhere else," Radmanovic said of his demand for a trade when with the Sonics. "With Rashard [Lewis] over there playing post and me just being on the three-point line, I felt like I wasn't using my talent and abilities in the game of basketball."
