Shaqille O'Neal will be out for four to six weeks, forcing the Heat to make adjustments in the frontcourt.

When O'Neal missed significant time last season, Alonzo Mourning played brilliantly at center.

Pat Riley may decide to go with a small ball approach and could trade backup center Michael Doleac in order to acheive it.

"They shouldn't trade him," an Eastern Conference scout said of Doleac. "He fits a role with what they have. He'll make them different from what they are with Shaq, but they're going to be different anyway. I happen to be a Doleac fan."
