On Tuesday morning, Isiah Thomas said that there was no chance that the Knicks would be making a trade by Thursday.  By Tuesday night, the odds were 99.9 percent that no trade would occur.

"The first couple years, we needed to make some moves and we needed to improve and we needed to get better," he said. "That was part of the job in terms of rebuilding.

"But I like where we are now. We have a good group, and I think we have not only a good group for the present, but a good group for the future also.

"There's definitely an interest in our players. We're not active at all."

There have been rumors that Nate Robinson and Channing Frye have been discussed in trade talks.
