One night after Los Angeles Clippers guard Shaun Livingston dislocated his left knee in gruesome fashion, the Warriors had a scary moment of their own Wednesday.

Forward Josh Powell spent the night at St. Luke's Hospital in Milwaukee as a precautionary measure after a chilling collision late in the Warriors' 122-101 loss to the Bucks. More about his injury, which was apparently to the head and/or neck, will be known today when, according to a team official, Powell is expected to join the Warriors in Chicago.

Hustling after a loose ball with just over a minute to play, Powell dived at the feet of Bucks guard Lynn Greer. Powell kept sliding and rammed into the scorer's table headfirst.

The remaining crowd and the Warriors bench gasped as Powell lay on his back for several seconds with what looked like a neck injury.
