Morris Peterson's 2006-2007 season has been one where he has gone back and forth from starter to reserve many times.  It is something that he will be cognizant of when he becomes a free agent.

"That's something I'm definitely going to have to look at when the summer comes and evaluate what I want to do and where I want to be," Peterson said yesterday morning.

But when that summer free agency period rolls around, Raptor coach Sam Mitchell hopes Peterson can look back on a final quarter of the regular season and whatever the post-season has to offer and recall a time when he played a significant role.

"That's something I talked to Mo a little bit about (yesterday), getting himself both mentally and physically ready to play down this playoff stretch run," Mitchell said after the team's shootaround hours before last night's game with the Bucks. "We've got 19 games to go and you need your experienced players but you need them at their best."
