Kobe Bryant is the only player in the NBA whose contract contains a no-trade clause.  But if Bryant holds firm to his trade demand, he would reportedly waive that clause to be dealt to one of three teams.  Two of the teams are the Chicago Bulls and the New York Knicks according to sources.

Shocking owner Jerry Buss, Bryant apparently did not budge from his expressed desire to be traded from the Lakers when the two met overseas this past week.

One complicating factor to any trade discussion is the notion that Bryant will not want the acquiring team to gut its roster in order to land him.

Another report has the Lakers hoping to take back Ben Wallace, Ben Gordon, Luol Deng and Chicago's first-round draft pick (number 9 overall) by dealing Bryant to the Bulls.
