The Suns will re-sign center Sean Marks to a one-year deal which will be officially announced Wednesday.

Marks, who confirmed the deal, will be paid the veteran?s minimum of $1,033,930 this season. Only $770,610 of that total will count against the salary cap ? or more importantly to Phoenix, the luxury tax threshold. The remaining, $263,320 will be paid by a league fund designed to augment veteran minimum contracts.

With rookie Alando Tucker signed and Grant Hill?s free agent signing also made official Wednesday, the Suns have 12 players under contract for next season.
