Andrew Bogut is eligible to sign an extension with the Milwaukee Bucks in the off season, and despite the team having a disappointing season, the former first overall pick isn't wanting to go anywhere else, the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel is reporting.

"I'd love to return," Bogut said in a recent interview. "I wouldn't have bought a house if I didn't see a long-term future. Obviously, with all the things going on last year and the year before, I wasn't settled off the floor. Now it's the other way around."

"I'm settled off the floor; I'm settled on the court. We don't know the direction the franchise is heading. It's a proud franchise, so we'd like to get it back to be a winning franchise and have people be proud of wearing a Bucks jersey or a Bucks' hat or whatever."

His agent David Bauman was insisting that a longer contract be signed before the center can go to camp with the Australian team because of the injury risk involved.
