Scott Skiles appears to be the man to take charge of the Milwaukee Bucks on the court, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel is reporting.

According to columnist Tom Enlund, John Hammond and the Bucks will name Skiles as their new coach in the next day or two, just days after parting ways with Larry Krystkowiak.

"The search is continuing," Hammond said Sunday. "We're making progress and our goal, as stated before, is to react quickly."

Asked if the Bucks had decided that Skiles is their man, Hammond said, "We will not discuss individual names of candidates at this time."
