Herbert Hill, a rookie for the 76ers that missed all of last season because of two knee surgeries, was arrested and charged with DUI early Thursday morning, according to The Philadelphia Daily News.

Hill's blood-alcohol level was measured at 0.16, twice the legal limit.

Hill was the 55th overall choice in the 2007 draft by Utah, who traded him to Philadelphia for the rights to Kyrylo Fesenko (taken 38th). He is an unrestricted free agent, and the Sixers did not make him a qualifying offer.
