Recently signed center Theo Ratliff is happy to be back with the 76ers and believes that he "still intimidates people" in the NBA, according to Philly Blurbs.

"I'm a lot older," said Ratliff. "I definitely have to take care of myself. I can't go out there no-holds barred anymore like I used to. I can't play 35 minutes a game, but I still feel like I've got a lot of game in me. I can go out on the court and be competitive. I still intimidate people coming into that hoop."

Philadelphia signed the ten-year veteran to a one-year deal worth the veteran minimum of $1.26 million.

"It's a place I hold near and dear to my heart," Ratliff said. "I wasn't very happy to leave under the circumstances when I did. My wife was saying, "Why not go back to Philly?' We met there, got married there, started our life there. I felt it'd be a great opportunity to come here and be a part of the turnaround of the team."
