The Blazers are interested in signing free agent point guard Shaun Livingston, but they would like to view his personal medical records first, according to Oregonian.

Portland would also like to have a doctor examine his surgically-repaired knee.

The Blazers have one roster spot open as they prepare to open training camp on Sept. 30. Both the Heat and Timberwolves are reportedly interested in Livingston, as well.

In February 2007, Livingston tore his anterior cruciate ligament, posterior cruciate ligament, medial collateral ligament, and lateral meniscus. He also dislocated his patella.
