Golden State guard Monta Ellis has officially filed a grievance to the NBA offices against the Warriors.

Ellis was transferred to the team's suspended list on Sunday to make room for rookie forward Rob Kurz.

The team suspended him for 30 games following a moped accident that severely injured his ankle.
