The Toronto Raptors and Miami Heat are discussing a trade that would send center Jermaine O'Neal to the Heat in exchange for forward Shawn Marion and point guard Marcus Banks, the Florida Sun-Sentinel reports.

Concerns about O'Neal's health are delaying negotiations.

Raptors' GM Bryan Colangelo is looking to make an immediate move while Pat Riley appears to be in no rush.

Colangelo has been shopping O'Neal since the emergence of Andrea Bargnani, who has started at center in place of O'Neal.

O'Neal is earning $21.3 million this season and has an option for $23 million next year.
