Kobe Bryant dropped a significant hint on Saturday that he has no intention of leaving the Lakers.

Bryant was asked whether he could imagine playing for anyone other than the Lakers next season.

"No," he replied.

Bryant can opt out of his contract this summer and become a free agent. He has two seasons and nearly $48 million left on the $136 million contract he signed in 2004.

He added that his looming decision "won't be a topic" after the Finals.

"Won't be an issue," Bryant insisted.
