Nick Young had a rough sophomore campaign and has been working on his shot this offseason.

Wizards coach Flip Saunders has reportedly been putting Young through some of the same off-screen shooting drills that he had Richard Hamilton do in Detroit.

"Something I'm not used to, but it's working for me," Young said.
