Restricted free-agent forward Hakim Warrick is hoping to be a part of the Grizzlies' bright future.

Warrick has yet to receive an offer sheet from another team, and is waiting on Memphis management to make a decision.

"It's tough but like I said, you did your job during the season and you've just got to sit back -- and this is what you pay your agent for so you've just got to let them deal with it," Warrick said. "I try not to mess with him too much, but every now and again, he'll call me and let me know a couple of teams and you get a little nervous."

He averaged 11.6 points and five rebounds for Memphis last season.

"They definitely said they wanted me back so it's trying to come up with a good number and getting together and seeing how much it's going to be," Warrick said. "They definitely said they want me back and I am part of the plans."
