Allen Iverson has an offer on the table from the Grizzlies, but it won't be there forever.

Memphis will reportedly pull the offer back if Iverson doesn't make a decision within the next couple of weeks, according to WMC-TV.

The offer is believed to be worth $3.5 million over a year, a reduction from the original $5 million offer provided earlier this summer.

Incentives could greatly increase the value of the deal, but the Grizzlies maintain that Iverson must accept a role off the bench.
