The Cavaliers were very pleased with how good center Shaquille O'Neal looked when he reported to training camp.

"He's in really good shape," LeBron James said.

Cleveland coach Mike Brown had a feeling that O'Neal might have worked on his conditioning this summer as part of his reality show "Shaq Vs.," in which he competed against top athletes from various sports.

"I kind of liked it because when he was with Michael Phelps," Brown said, "I knew he wasn't going to walk out in a Speedo looking like me."
