Grizzlies coach Lionel Hollins is trying to focus on team-building, but Allen Iverson is getting a majority of the media attention.

"Are you going to ask me about him after every practice?" Hollins asked the Memphis Commercial Appeal on Monday.

The paper pointed out that at this stage in his career, Iverson is a bigger draw than the entire franchise. Hollins appears to be having an issue grasping the focus on his newest player.

"There are a lot of good players in this league, they all come to practice and training camp, they all go through the workouts and do the same thing, they all have friends on the team. He's no different than any other player," he said.
