Jazz forward Paul Millsap isn't concerned about whether or not he'll start for the team this season.

"It's not a big deal to me. Starting or not starting, we're still going to have a good team," Millsap told HoopsHype.

"I'm still going to be a major part of this team. Even if I come off the bench, I'm still gonna play a lot of minutes. Starting or not is not really going to affect the way I approach the game or anything like that."

Utah coach Jerry Sloan has yet to decide whether Millsap or Carlos Boozer will start for the team.

Millsap added that he's ready for more minutes at small forward this season.

"Yeah, I think I'm ready for it. I'm capable of doing that, extending my game out to the small forward position. I think I will help my team doing that. But there's still a lot of things I got to work on and get better at to do that," he said.
