Grizzlies coach Lionel Hollins won't change the team's lineup despite their struggles.

Memphis is 1-8 and in the midst of a seven-game losing streak.

"We're in a pit. It looks bad. But everybody has to believe it's not as bad and be willing to go out and work our way out of this," Hollins said.

He attributes the team's rough start to their schedule.

"Hopefully, they'll understand it's not anything to panic about. It's early," Hollins said. "We've had a tough schedule, and we have to grind it out and get a win. If you go back to the beginning of our season with 11 of the first 16 (games) on the road... It was going to be difficult. If anybody thought we'd be (much) better than our record at this stage they're probably drinking something."
