The Grizzlies are struggling to begin the season, coach Lionel Hollins hasn't lost his players.

"It's up to them to decide if they want to be a good team," Hollins said. "And then they have to go out and pay the price every day. We don't see enough sustained effort, sustained second effort, sustained diving on the floor and sustained execution. ... It's just effort."

Grizzlies star Rudy Gay says that the players hold each other accountable.

"Everybody has to take ownership for what they do out there," Gay said. "Everybody. It has to change. It will change because we care. Nobody's happy. Nobody's laughing around here because this isn't fun."
