Grizzlies forward Darrell Arthur has been spotted on the team's bench as of late.

He is expected to miss up to four months after undergoing pectoral surgery during training camp and was recently cleared to begin traveling with his teammates.

"It looks like we're getting settled," Arthur said of the Grizzlies. "We're moving forward in the right direction."

His return is slated for February or early March, but he's hoping to return sooner because his recovery is ahead of schedule thus far.

"It's given me a chance to evaluate some things," Arthur said. "I've watched how Zach (Randolph) does things. And when I do get ready to play, I'll have a better idea about the guys I'll be guarding."
