Raptors point guard Jose Calderon is expected to return on Wednesday against the Magic.

He has missed 12 of Toronto's last 13 games with a hip injury.

Calderon has started all but one of the games he has played this season and the strong efforts of Jarrett Jack as of late will make coach Jay Triano's job a tough one.

"If we have to limit his minutes, we'd have to decide whether that's at the start or during the game," the coach said. "I don't know what way we'd go."

The guard hasn't practiced much since suffering the injury and the Raptors didn't practice on Monday following back-to-back games over the weekend.

Calderon was averaging 11.7 points and 6.2 assists per game before injuring himself on Dec. 5.
