Stephen Curry struggled on both ends of the court in a loss to Portland on Saturday, prompting a request from Don Nelson.

"He told me he needs me to make plays," Curry said.

Curry had 26 points on 10-of-13 shooting in Tuesday's loss at Denver and 16 points on 7-of-11 shooting before fouling out in Wednesday's 107-101 win at Minnesota.

"The last two games," Curry said, "I tried to get in the middle and tried to make plays, dishing to the wings and get guys shots. The more aggressive I am, I think the more plays I'll be able to make and help my team instead of being that fifth man out there just running around in the lane and not being involved in the

offense."
