Celtics forward Rasheed Wallace says he'll return to the court on Monday night against the Mavericks.

Wallace participated in Saturday's shootaround after missing Boston's last three games with a sore left forefoot.

"Definitely, I'm going to go Monday," Wallace said. "I've got one more [practice on Sunday] to get under my belt. I'll be fine."

The forward added that the injury occurred quite a while ago, not last Sunday against the Raptors as previously thought.

"It happened a while ago, I've been playing on it for two weeks," Wallace said. "The last few minutes in the Toronto game last week -- that sorta did it. [Since then, I've had to] sit on it, give it a rest for a week."
