Desmond Mason attended Sunday's game between the Warriors and Thunder and told the Oklahoman that he's close to retirement.

"Maybe. I haven't made a final decision, yet, but I'm kind of leaning," Mason said. "I'm enjoying my family. I keep myself busy. I'm working on some (projects)."

Mason last played in November, with the Kings, due to injuries. He told the paper that he likes what he sees in Oklahoma City, his former team.

"The West is tough, but they're playing solid basketball," Mason said. "I definitely give them a shot (at the playoffs). They're looking really good. They're playing really hard. They're playing great."
