The NBA is investigating a security breach at American Airlines Center that involved two female fans walking into the huddle of the Trail Blazers on Saturday night.

According to The Oregonian, two fans walked on the court and into Portland's huddle with 41 seconds left in the Blazers' win over the Mavericks.

One of the women reportedly wrapped her arms around Portland's Rudy Fernandez from behind before they were led off the court.

"We're looking into exactly what happened," NBA vice president of basketball communications Tim Frank told the newspaper.

Trail Blazers guard Jerryd Bayless said that the two women appeared to be "drunk."

The league is wondering how security missed the two fans.

"The same way someone snuck into a White House function," Mavericks owner Mark Cuban said. "Someone made a mistake. It happens in every arena."
